By accessing the BONILAB Platform and/or providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you
have read this Privacy Notice and you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your
personal data by us in accordance with this Privacy Notice as amended or updated from time to time.
Your continued access to BONILAB Platform after any such variation constitutes your acceptance of
the latest terms of this Privacy Notice. If you do not consent to the terms of this Privacy Notice,
please do not provide any of your personal data to us within the BONILAB Platform. If you provide
personal data on behalf of someone else when you register for a BONILABAccount®, you warrant
that you have obtained the authorisation from that person to provide such personal data on his/her
behalf and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless us from any claim that such authority did not
exist. If your account is registered by someone else on your behalf and by then accessing BONILAB
Platform through your account, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Privacy Notice.

Definition of Personal Data
“Personal Data” refers to any data or information, whether requested by us or not and provided by you to us on the BONILAB Platform, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.
Collection of Personal Data
The Personal Data that BONILAB may collect from you or receive from details visiting our BONILAB Platform or other platforms which we are associated with. When you start a BONILABAccount® and/or submit any forms relating to any of our products and services. Respond to any of our promotional activities details provided to us from our any third party.
Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
BONILAB does not sell or trade Personal Data collected online with third parties.
We may use, process and/or disclose your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- to assess and process your applications on BONILAB’ Platforms and to manage and maintain your accounts with us.
- to fulfil and process your BONILABPoints® rewards and to track your transactions with our merchant partners.
- credit BONILABPoints® rewards into your BONILABAccount® and process the necessary payments associated with such transactions.
- to activate or deactivate services, provide you with additional products, services, and benefits from time to time.
- to investigate complaints, claims and disputes and for security and compliance, conducting internal audits, or otherwise meeting legal, regulatory and other requirements (including providing assistance to law enforcement, judicial, and other government agencies, responding to regulatory complaints, making relevant disclosures to regulatory bodies, conducting audit checks, due diligence and investigations, and taking steps which BONILAB considers necessary in the event of a lawsuit or potential lawsuit). It would also include using Personal Data relating to you for the purposes of security and risk management and to ensure the safety and security of our properties and systems.
- to improve site and service performance and the delivery of our services, such as when you make inquiries into and provide feedback on our quality of service.

maintained by us, including account information, and such successor company would continue to be

Apart from collecting the above Personal Data directly from you or your authorised representatives, BONILAB may also collect Personal Data from third parties (such as our business partners, Google, social media providers, or fraud-prevention agencies), or from publicly available sources. In addition, BONILAB uses “cookies”, which are small data files sent to your browser to store and track information about you when you enter our website. The cookie is used to track some of the information mentioned above relating to the use of our services.
Most internet browsers provide you the option to turn off the processing of cookies but this may result in the loss of functionality, restrict your use of the website, and/or delay or affect the way in which it operates. In particular, it would not allow us to track your transactions with our merchant partners and this would mean that we would be unable to credit you with cashback or otherwise provide you with the products and services that you have requested. Updating Personal Data
You can update your personal information any time by accessing your account on BONILAB website.
You are entitled to review the Personal Data that we may have collected about you and request correction of the Personal Data. If there are any changes to your Personal Data or if you believe that the Personal Data or if you believe that the Personal Data we have about you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or not up-to-date, please inform our Data Officer setting out the details of your request and your name and NRIC/Passport number
Accuracy of Information and Third-Party Consent
You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true, and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services that you have requested.
Further, when you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (including your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data.
Respecting your Consent and Access to Personal Data
