Cancellation & Refund Policy



To initiate a refund, please note that below criteria have to be met:

  1. Request must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice/receipt.
  2. Your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased, in the original packaging with the sales invoice, otherwise no refund will be entertained.
  3. For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for return.
  4. The unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased must return to our office in order to process to next step for refund.

Please note that the product(s) / gift(s) redeemed at the BONILABMALL are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

To initiate a cancellation, please note that below criteria have to be met:

  1. Request of cancellation must be informed before the ordered item(s) sent out to our courier partner or own fleet delivery, otherwise no cancellation process will be undergone.
  2. If the item(s) had delivered to our courier partner or own fleet delivery, then please proceed to refund process as mentioned above.
