Cancellation & Refund Policy
To initiate a refund, please note that below criteria have to be met:
- Request must be made within 14 days from the date of invoice/receipt.
- Your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased, in the original packaging with the sales invoice, otherwise no refund will be entertained.
- For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for return.
- The unopened and in the same condition that you received/purchased must return to our office in order to process to next step for refund.
Please note that the product(s) / gift(s) redeemed at the BONILABMALL are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
To initiate a cancellation, please note that below criteria have to be met:
- Request of cancellation must be informed before the ordered item(s) sent out to our courier partner or own fleet delivery, otherwise no cancellation process will be undergone.
- If the item(s) had delivered to our courier partner or own fleet delivery, then please proceed to refund process as mentioned above.
